本周稀土市场镨钕价格稍有下跌，镝铁及金属铽价格均有小幅上涨。亚洲金属网价格:镨钕金属321-326元/KG，镝铁合金价格1240-1270元/KG，铽金属价格3530-3630元/KG。

This week, the price of PrNd has a slight fall while DyFe and Tb metal have a slight rise. At the weekend, the prices from Asian Metal present: PrNd metal is 321-326 RMB/KG, DyFe alloy is 1240-1270 RMB/KG and Tb metal is 3530-3630 RMB/KG.

稀土行业仍将承压运行

Rare Earth Industry Will Remain under Pressure

从2016年上半年稀土行业运行情况来看，基本符合中经有色金属产业景气月度指数的总体走势，呈现“利润同比下降、出口量大幅增长、价格低位震荡"等几个基本特点。

From the rare earth operation status of first half of 2016, it was basically in line with the overall trend of Nonferrous Metal Industry Boom Monthly Index and presented with several basic characteristics of profit drops compared to the same period of last year, a substantial growth in export volume, price volatility at low level, etc.

2016年1~5月，我国稀土行业在面对较大市场压力的情况下，主营业务收入继续保持平稳增长，但实现利润同比下降。根据中国有色金属工业协会统计数据，2016年前5个月，我国稀土行业主营业务收入为330.4亿元，同比增长4.3%，实现利润15.35亿元，同比下降4.7%。

From January to May of 2016, in face of great market pressure, the main business revenue of China's rare earth industry continued to maintain a steady growth while the realized profit fell. According to the statistics of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, in the first 5 months of 2016, main business revenue of China's rare earth industry was 33.04 billion RMB, which is an increase of 4.3% and realized profit of 1.535 billion RMB, which is a decrease of 4.7%.

根据海关统计数据，2016年1~5月，我国稀土冶炼分离产品累计出口1.93万吨，同比增长81.7%；累计进口0.65万吨，同比增长41.6%。稀土功能材料出口继续平稳增长，累计出口稀土永磁体1.04万吨，同比增长7.8%。

According to customs statistics, from January to May of 2016, the total export of China's rare earth smelting and separation products was 19,300 tons, which is an increase of 81.7%; a total import of 6,500 tons, which is an increase of 41.6%. Export of rare earth functional materials continue to grow steadily, the total export of rare earth permanent magnets was 10,400 tons, which is an increase of 7.8%. 　　

对于下半年稀土行业发展，短期看，今年上半年，稀土价格出现的阶段性上涨主要得益于政策的催化，实际市场需求并无明显改观。6月中旬以来，由于下游需求不振，应用企业推迟补货，导致稀土原材料市场不活跃，稀土产品价格已经出现回调。如后续政策不及预期，则部分稀土品种价格还存在进一步回调空间。

Looking at the rare earth industry development for the second half year, in the short term, the first half of 2016, rare earth price rise is mainly due to the policy catalysis, the actual market demand has not been changed significantly. Since mid-June, due to the sluggish downstream demand, the application enterprises delayed replenishment, resulting in rare earth raw materials market transaction is not active and the price of rare earth products has emerged callback. If the subsequent policy is not as expected, there will be further space of callback for some rare earth varieties.

中长期看，一方面，随着稀土大集团组建工作相继通过验收，行业集中度和自律水平有望进一步提高；另一方面，《国务院办公厅关于营造良好市场环境促进有色金属工业调结构促转型增效益的指导意见》（国办发〔2016〕42号）已经下发，将为稀土行业营造更为良好的市场发展环境。同时，总量控制、打击违法违规行为专项行动等供给侧改革手段，也将促使非正规产品产量进一步缩减，从而利好中长期稀土价格。

At the same time, the control of total quantity, crackdown on illegal acts of special operations and other supply side reforms, will also promote the production of non-regular products to further reduction, so as to benefit the long-term price of rare earth.
