本周稀土市场镨钕价格稍有下跌，镝铁价格相对稳定，金属铽价格小幅上涨。亚洲金属网价格:镨钕金属322-327元/KG，镝铁合金价格1220-1250元/KG，铽金属价格3500-3600元/KG。

This week the market prices of PrNd has a slightly decline, but the price of DyFe is relatively stable, while the price of Metal Tb has a slightly increase. Prices from Asia Metal of this weekend present as: PrNd 322-327 RMB/KG, DyFe 1220-1250 RMB/KG, Tb metal 3500-3600RMB/KG.

近两个月来稀土价格一直处在下跌态势，市场按需采购为主，受中央环保检查组进驻八省影响，稀土分离及冶炼行业开工率下降；受停产影响，市场价格也产生了些变化。目前看来虽然整个行业库存较大，但大面积停产还是能对价格起来一定的支撑作用。（转载自中国稀土在线）

The rare earth prices have been in decline in past two months, the market is mainly according to the on-demand procurement, influenced by the central environmental protection inspection group in eight provinces, the rare earth separation and smelting industry starts rate is declining; Affected by the production halts, the market price has somehow changed. 中国出口飙升 稀土变得不再稀有

China's exports surged, the rare earth is no longer rare

中国海关总署数据：中国7月份稀土出口3658吨。7月中国稀土出口量同比翻了1倍，创4年多来的高水平。中国去年取消了实施长达15年的稀土出口管制，今年4月又取消稀土出口关税，之后稀土出口量出现增长。

The data fromChinaGeneral Administration of Customs,China's rare earth export in July is 3658 tons. It has a double increase compared to the same period of last year, which has arrived the highest level in more than four years. China cancelled the rare-earth export controls which carried up to 15 years last year and this year china cancelled the rare earth export tariffs in April, after that, the rare earth exports is growing.

“这种趋势已经酝酿了一段时间，"CRT资本集团分析师凯文-斯塔克说。“这是因为中国终止了出口配额政策。若中国对稀土的需求减少，表面来看情况正是如此，稀土将会通过出口离开这个国家。这是多种因素共同作用的结果。"

"This trend has been brewing for a long time," said Kevin Stark, an analyst at CRT capital group. "This is becauseChinaended the export quota policy. IfChina's demand for rare earths is reducing, the surface situation as it is, the rare earth would leave the country through exports. This is the result of joint action of many factors."

同其他大宗商品一样，稀土价格一直在下滑。而根据斯塔克，稀土价格下跌还将进一步恶化。中国是原材料的大使用国，该国经济正在经历四分之一个世纪以来的慢增长。

As with other commodities, the rare earth prices have been falling. While according to Stark, the rare earth prices will also deteriorate further.Chinais the biggest use of raw materials; the country's economy is going through the slowest growth in a quarter of a century.

专栏作家赛芬(MYRA P. SAEFONG)在MarketWatch发文表示，中国在稀土市场上的统治性地位巩固，海外并购的机会已经成熟。中国资源税改革的作用迟早要发挥，供求基本面发生了有利的变化——这三点很可能就意味着稀土和稀土股票价格已经走到了黎明时分，几年的大熊市即将结束。

Columnist SAEFONG (MYRA p. SAEFONG) wrote in MarketWatch,China's dominant position has been consolidated in the rare earth market, overseas mergers and acquisitions opportunity is ripe.
