本周稀土市场行情镨钕和铽价格持续下跌，镝铁价格企稳。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格420-430元/KG，镝铁合金价格1190-1240元/KG，铽金属价格3850-3900元/KG。

This week, price of PrNd and Tb continued to decline in the rare earth market, while the price of DyFe was relatively stable. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd 420-430RMB/KG, DyFe1190-1240 RMB/KG, and Tb 3850-3900RMB/KG.

本周，中国南方稀土集团有限公司下调部分稀土氧化物挂牌价，包括氧化铕、氧化钆、氧化铽、氧化钬、氧化镱、氧化镥。其中，氧化铽的挂牌价为340万元/吨，氧化镝为118万元/吨，氧化钬为42万元/吨。

This week, China Southern Rare Earth Group CO., LTD. lower the price of some rare earth oxides, including europium oxide, gadolinium oxide, terbium oxide, holmium oxide, ytterbium oxide and lutetium oxide. Among them, terbium oxide is listed at 3.4 million yuan/ton, dysprosium oxide is 1.18 million yuan/ton, and holmium oxide is 0.42 million yuan/ton.

11月21日，江西金力永磁科技有限公司在南昌航空大学举办“金力永磁"奖学金签约仪式。副校长熊震宇出席仪式并讲话，学生工作部（处）相关负责人、相关学院学生工作负责人和学生代表一并参加。“金力永磁"奖学金每年设立一等奖2名，每名5000元；二等奖10名，每名2000元。

On November 21, JL MAG Rare-Earth Co., Ltd. held the signing ceremony of JLMAG scholarship at Nanchang Hangkong University. The vice-principal Xiong Zhenyu attended the ceremony and made a speech. Besides, the person in charge of student union, the students worked in the relevant college and student representatives also attended the ceremony. The JL MAG scholarship set up two prizes each year: the first prize is 5000yuan for each two students and the second prize is 2000yuan for each ten students.

11月27日，江西金力永磁科技股份有限公司在江西理工大学举行了第二期“金力永磁奖学金"签约仪式，并签订了“金力永磁奖学金"协议书。据悉，此次签约为江西金力永磁科技股份有限公司二次捐赠，且将继续捐资15万元人民币设立“金力永磁奖学金"。

On November 27, JL MAG Rare-Earth Co., Ltd. held the second signing ceremony of JLMAG scholarship at Jiangxi University of Science and Technology and signed the JLMAG scholarship agreement. This is the second donation and will donate RMB 150,000yuan to establish the JL MAG scholarship.

2017年11月稀土价格持续下跌，其中镨钕合金下跌16.50%、氧化镨下跌14.85%、金属镨下跌14.73%。

稀土市场从进入到11月份起，业内就充满了期待，主要是对国储的期待。现在到月末了，收储仍然是杳无音信，大家的心里虽然谈不上失望，只能以平淡的心情对待了。

从需求来看，新兴领域对稀土材料需求稳步增长，其中钕铁硼磁性材料，下有新能源汽车到2020年有望给钕铁硼带来4500-7500吨增量空间。国家收储有望成为稀土价格上涨的重要催化剂。

From the perspective of demand, the emerging field has steady growing requirement for rare earth material, especially the NdFeB magnetic material. In 2020, new energy vehicles will add 4500-4500 tons demand for NdFeB. In addition, national storage will catalyze the rise of rare earth price.
