本周稀土市场行情镨钕和镝铁小幅下跌，铽价格企稳。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格365-375元/KG，镝铁合金价格1140-1170元/KG，铽金属价格3700-3750元/KG。

This week, price of PrNd and DyFe continued to decline slightly in the rare earth market, while the price of Tb was relatively stable. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd 365-375RMB/KG, DyFe 1140-1170 RMB/KG and Tb 3700-3750RMB/KG.

12月15日镝铁合金国内出厂参考报价暂稳，目前在1140000-1160000元/吨，均价1150000元/吨；金属镨钕国内出厂参考报价暂稳，目前在372500-392500元/吨，均价382500元/吨。

On December 15, the domestic factory reference price of DyFe was tentatively stable, currently is 372,500-392,500 RMB/ton, the average price is 1.15 million RMB/ton. The domestic factory reference price of PrNd is tentatively stable, currently is 372,500-392,500 RMB/ton, the average price is 382,500 RMB/ton.

进入到12月份，稀土市场如同气温一样，一步步走低，成量毫无起色，稀土行业进入到无奈的“冬眠期"。10月份，稀土行业被炒得火热的稀土国储早已不为大家期待了，在离2017年结束还不到20天的日子里，稀土业内人士似乎也已经开始放假。

In December, the trading volume on rare earth market went down gradually just like the reduced temperature. The rare earth market is in the hibernation period now. The national storage, which was frequently mentioned in October, is no longer expected. And in the end of 2017, the professional insiders of rare earth industry will be on vacation.

12月7日，稀土市场又经历了价格跌落，氧化镨的价格由42万元/吨~44万元/吨跌落至40万元/吨~42万元/吨，氧化钕的价格由32万元/吨~34万元/吨跌落至30万元/吨~32万元/吨，氧化镨钕的价格由30万元/吨~32万元/吨跌落到30万元/吨以下，为28万元/吨~30万元/吨。实际上，在上时氧化镨钕的主流价格在27万元/吨~29万元/吨之间，有一些客户称在26万元/吨出货，但是这也是非主流的价格，有成也是少量的。

On December 7, the price of rare earth market decline again. The price of Pr oxide dropped from 420,000-440,000 RMB/ton to 400,000-420,000 RMB/ton. The price of Nd oxide dropped from 320,000-340,000 RMB/ton to 300,000-320,000 RMB/ton. The price of PrNd oxide dropped from 300,000-320,000 RMB/ton to 280,000-300,000 RMB/ton. In fact, the primary price of PrNd oxide is 270,000 -290,000 RMB/ton at last weekend. Some customers said they bargained at 260,000 RMB/ton, which is unusual and small amount.

氧化镝的价格跌到了112万元/吨~113万元/吨，氧化铽的价格也在260万元/吨~270万元/吨之间，对比之前有小幅度的跌落，即便如此，大部分大厂表示在这个价位上仍很难出货交，这和下游应用量不多有关。

The price of Dy oxide fell to 1.12-1.13million RMB/ton, while price of Tb oxide is 2.6-2.7million RMB/ton. Concerned with the small usage of downstream firms, most companies said it's still hard to trade at this price, despite of the small drop.

对比今年的稀土价格走势可以看出，多数稀土品种的价格已经回落至去年同期的水平上，甚至有的品种价格比去年同期还要低些，例如氧化镝、氧化铽。似乎在经历了一年以后，稀土的价格又回到了原点，所以大多业内人士认为现在的市场已经跌至底谷或接近底谷。由于临近年末，对于生产商而言不但要承受市场低迷的局面，还要面对资金回笼的问题，虽说现在的行情已经是倒挂了，有一些生产商迫于双重压力不得不割肉出货。

Most rare earth price has fallen back to the same level of last year. Some price is lower than last year, such as Dy oxide and Tb oxide. The price of rare earth has gone back to the original point after one year. Majority of professional insiders believe that the market has fallen to or near to the lowest point. By the end of 2017, the manufacturers should bear the pressure from both depressed market and the withdrawal of fund. Even in the depressed market, some manufacturers have to sell at a low price under the dual pressures.

现在看，市场难现波澜，虽然大家都认为已经到了底谷，但是仍然不敢贸然进入，谨慎、徘徊、等待、观望，似乎是目前稀土业内人士的写照。从瑞道金属网掌握的情况看，市场上的需求不可能在一两周内有任何改善，虽然元旦将近，但是仍没有迹象表明有商家想囤货保证生产的意愿，所以说在距年末还有二十几天的这段时间，稀土市场仍然是低迷态势，这个“冬眠"预计到明年1月中旬有希望醒来。

People think the price is in the bottom now, and the market is difficult to change. However, they still hesitate to enter it. Ruidow metal shows that the market shall not have any improvements in the next one or two week. Despite the New Year's Day coming, there still no sign shows that the business wants to stock to ensure production. Therefore, the rare earth market will stay in depressed condition in the last 20 days of the year. The hibernation-like state will not be changed until the middle of January of 2018.
