本周稀土市场行情镨钕和铽价格持续下跌，镝铁价格企稳。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格440-450元/KG，镝铁合金价格1190-1240元/KG，铽金属价格3950-4000元/KG。

Prices of PrNd, Tb continued to decline in the rare earth market this week, while the price of DyFe were relatively stable. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd440-450RMB/KG, DyFe1190-1240 RMB/KG, and Tb 3950-4000 RMB/KG.

11月22日，沈阳工业大学举行了“金力永磁——任远"奖学金续约仪式。江西金力永磁科技股份公司副总经理吕峰，中国工程院院士、国家工程中心主任唐任远等出席签约仪式。金力永磁科技股份公司自2012年在沈阳工业大学设立专项奖学金，已投入资金15万元，自2018年起支持五年，每年5万元。

On November 22, Shenyang Polytechnic University held the renewal ceremony of “JLPermanent Magnet – Renyuan" scholarship. Lv Feng, the general manager of JL MAG Rare-earth Co.,Ltd., and Tang Ren Yuan, Chinese Academy of Engineering and National Engineering Center Director, they were the representative number to attend signing ceremony. Since 2012, JL MAG Rare-earth Co.,Ltd. has set up a special scholarship in Shenyang Polytechnic University and has invested 150,000 yuan. From 2018, JL MAG will invest 50000 yuan annually for five years.

本周国内稀土市场各主要品种价格继续不同程度下跌，持货商出货积极，市场交投清淡不改。

In this week, the prices of the main varieties of the domestic rare earth market continued to fall in different degrees, the shipper shipments were active, and the market did not change the light trading.

截止11月24日，氧化镨钕主流价格跌至34万元/吨，金属镨钕主流跌至44万元/吨附近，氧化铕实际成甚至逼近40万元/吨。价格持续下滑，但成量依然未放大，市场人士普遍对年底前持不乐观的心态。

By the end of November 24th, the price of PrNd oxide dropped to 340,000RMB / ton, and the metal PrNd dropped to 440,000RMB / ton, the actual operation of Europium oxide even approached 400,000RMB / ton. 稀土行业协会磁材分会会员大会相关消息显示，明年稀土行业可能会在政策上出现一些调整，其中可能有调整的是：一、指令性计划或有增加；二、南方矿的资源税有望降低。

消息归消息，在未落实之前仍存在不确定性。目前稀土市场仍显示出浓郁的年底萧条气息，持货商出货意愿较高，但下游观望较多，按需采购多，预计下周稀土市场行情还将维持偏弱态势。

The news belongs to the news; there is still uncertainty until it is implemented. At present, the rare earth market still shows strong year-end depression. The shippers have a high willingness to ship, however, downstream companies are more likely to wait and see more purchases on demand. It is expected that the rare earth market will remain weak in the next week.

改变稀土市场价格变化好的办法，在于上游出现停产，并控制出货量，不过除了政策干预外，市场很难自律。预计后市受市场调节的情况下，稀土价格将会出现新低。

The best way to change the market price of rare earths is to stop production in the upper reaches and control shipments. However, the market is difficult in self-regulating except for policy interventions. When the market is expected to be regulated by the market, rare earth prices will be a new low.
