本周稀土市场行情，镨钕，镝铁和铽价格保持平稳，与上周持平。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格407-412元/KG，镝铁合金价格1220-1240元/KG，金属铽价格3840-3890元/KG（上海有色，3900-3950元/KG）。

This week, price of PrNd, DyFe and Tb still kept stable and unchanged from last week. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 407-412RMB/KG, DyFe alloy 1220-1240 RMB/KG and Tb metal 3840-3890RMB/KG (price from SMM: 3900-3950RMB/KG).

海关统计数据分析表明，2018年10月中国稀土出口量有大幅度下降，2018年11月中国稀土出口量回升；2018年11月份中国稀土出口总量为4610.4吨，同比增加12.4%。

Customs statistics shows that China's rare earth exports amount decreased significantly in October 2018 while rebounded in November, China's rare earth export quantity was 4610.4 tons in November 2018, 12.4% increase year on year.

从金额方面来看，2018年8～10月中国稀土出口金额下降，2018年11月中国稀土出口金额有小幅度增长；2018年11月中国稀土出口金额为44.9百万美元，同比增长15.8%。

马拉西亚国土资源部发布《执行审查委员会关于莱纳斯业务的报告》，要求莱纳斯关丹稀土分离厂设定条件和时间表以便处理好放射性废料。联邦国会关丹议员更是在此基础上要求，莱纳斯先处理放射性废料才能运营。

The Ministry of Land and Resources of Malaysia issued the “Report of the Implementation Review Committee on Linus Operations", which requests the Linus Kuantan Rare Earth Separation Plant to set conditions and timetables for the disposal of radioactive waste. On the basis of the request of the Federal Parliament Kuantan, Linus must first deal with radioactive waste before it can operate.

12月上旬将逝，稀土走势已维持近两周的稳定，市场询价活跃渐息，业内对于近期的稳固预判根深蒂固，对下一步的看法则产生分歧，就客观评述和可靠理由而言，涨跌两派情绪势均力敌。

看涨观点：近期走势稳健，且支持稳势的利好尚在发力，供给屡屡遭减，而需求则有小幅抬头，加之节前下游备货，稳势之下甚至可能再续小幅涨势。看涨理由：一、缅甸稀土仍在发酵，腾冲隘口易关难开，加之缅方因素复杂、辅料来往受限。二、莱纳斯困境伊始，产量必然再度受限，遑论45万吨废料转移费用高昂（相关预计6000万美元），澳洲本土是否接受又是问题。再者，双方虽表示将诉诸法律，但马来西亚态度强硬且国权自主，抗衡之下，耗时必久且莱纳斯先处劣势。

In addition to the stocking of the downstream before the holiday, it may even continue to increase slightly under the steady trend.
