12月稀土市场延续弱势下行，但整体下跌幅度不大。随着上游产能扩张，稀土供应能力加强，上游市场库存常处高位，稀土产品销售压力大增，下游话语权放大。同时钕铁硼大厂优势凸显，钕铁硼产品利润被不断摊薄，其成本压力持续向上游传导，而上游报价保持坚挺，金属企业压力倍增，而稀土及稀土金属价格也承压下行。
