本周稀土市场行情，镨钕价格保持平稳，镝铁和铽保持持续上涨。 亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格334-339元/KG (上海有色，335-340元/KG)，镝铁合金价格1470-1490元/KG (上海有色，1510-1540元/KG)，金属铽价格4080-4130元/KG (上海有色，4100-4150元/KG)。

This week, prices of PrNd, kept stable while DyFe and Tb kept increasing. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 334-339 RMB/KG (price from SMM: 335-340 RMB/KG), DyFe alloy 1470-1490 RMB/KG (price from SMM: 1510-1540 RMB/KG), and Tb metal 4080-4130 RMB/KG (price from SMM: 4100-4150 RMB/KG).

在澳洲稀土矿商Lynas废料处理的问题上，西澳大利亚资源及工业部长明确表示：依据澳大利亚的法律，不会接受任何海外运来的废料。这表示自今年2月26日以来马澳双方相关部门关于Lynas的协商完全决裂。谈判破裂迫使马来西亚政府将怒火与矛头转向Lynas，再度声明限其9月前将水滤废料运回澳大利亚。

On the issue of waste disposal by Australian rare earth miner Lynas, the Minister of Resources and Industry of Western Australia made it clear that under Australian law, no waste transported abroad would be accepted. This means that the negotiations since February 26 this year between the relevant departments of Malaysia and Australia on Lynas priorities have completely broken down. The breakdown of the negotiations forced the Malaysian government to turn its anger and spearhead to Lynas and reiterate its restriction on the return of filtered wastes to Australia by September.

截至目前，Lynas工厂已累计产生了水滤废料45万吨、中和性废料113万吨，问题棘手且尾大不掉，加上两国政界对抗的殃鱼城火，Lynas处境进退两难。目前Lynas的出路就只剩在当地小心谨慎地处理这庞大的废料，虽然前路堪忧，但Lynas仍未放弃努力，总裁阿曼达日前声明，正在与当地政府商讨继续经营的可能性并推进废料处理设施的建设。

近日重稀土产品涨势再度开启暴走模式，以氧化镝为例，每日成价格上浮近2万元/吨，且天内厂家报价甚至出现2次上调，其他重稀土氧化物亦表现良好。

Taking Dy oxide as an example, the daily turnover price has risen by nearly 20,000 yuan/ton, and the quotation of manufacturers has even risen twice in a day. Other heavy rare earth oxides have also performed well.

5月中旬中缅全境稀土封关实锤已定，且业内预计此次封关至少持续一个季度，甚至有可能持续至相关监管部门步入工作状态，届时来自缅甸的稀土资源进口将更为规范，从而确保重稀土市场乃至重稀土产业链更为稳定健康地发展。

虽然目前国内重稀土库存仍可满足中期需求，但货源较为集中散货较少，加上普遍的囤货意识导致流通缩水，价格上涨已是大势所趋，即使镝铽所对应金属端利润仍旧微薄仍无法阻挡。（瑞道稀土资讯）
