本周稀土市场行情，镨钕和铽价格保持平稳，与上周持平，镝铁价格有小幅上涨。 亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格392-397元/KG (上海有色，395-398元/KG)，镝铁合金价格1220-1240元/KG (上海有色，1230-1250元/KG)，金属铽价格3800-3850元/KG (上海有色，3850-3900元/KG)。上海价格

This week, price of PrNd and Tb remained stable, unchanged from last week, DyFe prices rose slightly. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: 392-397 RMB/KG for PrNd (price from SMM: 395-398 RMB/KG), 1220-1240 RMB/KG for DyFe (price from SMM: 1230-1250 RMB/KG), and 3800-3850 RMB/KG for Tb (price from SMM:3850-3900 RMB/KG).

海关统计数据分析表明，2019年1月，中国稀土出口延续上年量减价升的局面。与2018年1月相比，出口量减少1.7%至3752.9吨，而出口均价上升6.0%至9.8美元/千克。近5年1月的出口数据表明，2017年将成为中国稀土出口情势变化的分水岭，由量升价跌转为量减价升。2017年至今，稀土出口均价已经连续3年同比上升，出口量连续两年同比下降，二者的变化幅度均表现为减小。

Customs statistics analysis shows that in January 2019, China's rare earth exports continued the upward trend of last year. Exports volume fell 1.7% to 3,752.9 tons compared with January 2018, while average export prices rose 6.0% to $9.8/kg. Export data in January of last five years indicates that 2017 will be a watershed year for China's rare earth export, which will change from a rise in volume and a drop in price to a drop in volume and a rise in price. Since 2017, the average price of rare earth exports has risen year-on-year for 3 consecutive years, and the volume of exports has declined year-on-year for 2 consecutive years, both of which have shown a decrease.

· 受腾冲严查消息影响，镝铽系产品价格再度走高，虽有对应金属产品需求短板制约，但上扬势头不减，且后劲充足。目前缅甸方稀土开发辅料的获取方式困难，因腾冲海关的高压政策，目前而言，仅剩经由第三国（例如老挝、泰国等）转运的方式仍有小批量流通，但基于高昂的运费和繁琐的报关，缅甸仅存的稀土开采成本高，且数量很小。

· The price of Dy Tb products rose again due to the impact of the Tengchong strict inspection. Although the demand for corresponding metal products is limited, the upward momentum remains strong. At present, Myanmar's rare earth development accessories are extremely difficult to obtain, due to the high-pressure policy of Tengchong customs.Currently, there are only still small batches of circulation through third countries (such as Laos, Thailand, etc.). But based on high freight and cumbersome customs clearance, Myanmar's only remaining rare earth mining costs are extremely high, and the quantity is small.

· 虽然业内对5个月后的稀土恢复通关存在普遍共识，但距今仍有近3个月的时间。再者，目前的重稀土价格并不能抵消国内南方企业高额的开采成本，此间国内重稀土开采量预计不会有明显的变化。重稀土其需求收缩远不及当下供给的收缩幅度，随着业内的缓慢消耗，镝铽系产品供过于求的差距正逐步减小，供给杠杆仍不停向上游倾斜。目前矿价仍保持着上浮的势头，镝铽系产品的涨幅仍有空间。(瑞道稀土资讯)

Moreover, the current price of heavy rare earths cannot offset the high mining costs of domestic enterprises in southern China, and the amount of heavy rare earths mined in China is not expected to change significantly during this period. Demand for heavy rare earths has contracted much less than supply, and the Dy Tb oversupply gap is narrowing as the industry slowly consumes them, with supply levers still tilting upstream.
