本周稀土市场行情，镨钕，镝铁和铽价格回暖，与上周相比价格略涨。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格405-410元/KG，镝铁合金价格1170-1190元/KG，金属铽价格3820-3870元/KG（上海有色，3850-3900元/KG）。

This week, prices of PrNd, DyFe and Tb recovered and increased slightly compared to last week. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 405-410RMB/KG, DyFe alloy 1170-1190RMB/KG and Tb metal 3,820-3,870RMB/KG (price from SMM: 3850-3900RMB/KG)

据机构研报，11月初，缅甸方面传出“中央"与“地方"因利益分配不均，导致缅方开始禁止我国企业运输稀土矿开采辅料。对此回应，我国云南腾冲海关宣布缅甸所有资源类产品无法进口到中国，目前缅甸矿进口停滞，闭关持续时间有待确认。本次闭关影响30%以上进口供应，预计国内稀土矿成本将继续抬升。

According to agency report, in early November, it was reported that the central and local governments in Myanmar had not distributed their interests evenly, which led to Myanmar's prohibiting the transportation of rare earth mining auxiliary materials by Chinese enterprises. In response, Tengchong customs of Yunnan announced that all resources products from Myanmar could not be imported into China. Currently, the import of mines from Myanmar has been suspended, and the duration of closure has yet to be confirmed. The closure affects more than 30% of the import supply, domestic rare earth ore costs are expected to rise continuously.

2018年11月12日，反Lynas集团拯救马来西亚 (SMSL)组织呼吁Pakatan Harapan政府立即关闭位于关丹Gebeng的澳大利亚Lynas稀土精炼厂。

On November 12th, 2018, the anti-Lynas group Save Malaysia (SMSL) called on the Pakatan Harapan government to immediately close the Australian Lynas rare earth refinery at Gebeng.

自2011年以来，SMSL就一直在发起反对该工厂运营的运动。该组织表示，已提起数起法庭诉讼，以阻止当时的纳吉布政府向Lynas公司发放运营牌照。生产留下大量被放射性材料污染的垃圾，这些物质包括钍和铀，以及砷、镉、铬和铅等有害物质，以及化学品。(产业前沿)

SMSL has been campaigning against the Lynas plant's operation since 2011. It said it had filed several court cases to prevent the government of Mr Najib from granting Lynas the operation license. The production leaves behind large amounts of waste contaminated with radioactive materials, including thorium and uranium, as well as harmful substances such as arsenic, cadmium, chromium and lead, and also chemicals. 国家配额的原矿分离，废料回收及进口稀土矿三大部分支撑起整个稀土市场上游的供应。现阶段矿源收紧消息频传，利好提振市场，近日部分氧化物价格明显升高。

State quotas for raw ore separation, waste recycle and import of rare earth minerals support the upstream supply of the entire rare earth market. At current stage, there're frequent news of tightening the supply of mineral source, which boost the market, recently prices of some RE oxides increased significantly

18年年底临近，从六大集团日前矿山及冶炼分离情况的公示看，现阶段市场原矿开采已经几近尾声。原矿氧化物市场流通减少，供应有所缩减，从一定程度上减缓供大于求的整体平衡，加之日前关于缅甸矿进口的消息，使得矿源流通进一步缩紧，市场信心有明显提振。据不完全统计，缅甸进口矿成分主要更偏向中重稀土，全年进口数量折合氧化物接近2万吨，现阶段进口矿受阻使得镝铽出现热潮，加之海关方面暂时还未明确的官方消息，部分厂家镝铽惜售情绪明显。造成中重稀土包括镝铽钆在内的价格普遍上调。

According to incomplete statistics, the composition of Myanmar's minerals is mainly more in favor of medium and heavy rare earth, the annual import amount of oxide equivalents to nearly 20,000 tons, at this stage the import obstacles has resulted a purchasing boom of Dy and Tb, and the customs has not yet received a clear official information, some Dy and Tb manufacturers has reluctance to sell. The price of medium and heavy rare earth, including Dy, Tb and Gd, has been generally raised

受镝铽影响，镨钕价格亦有提振。废料分离生产的镨钕氧化物在原矿收紧后占领现阶段镨钕大部分市场。磁材订单清淡也使得今年的废料采购出现了较为紧张的局面，氧化物市场整体库存不多，随着市场回暖，部分厂家暂不报价。（瑞道稀土资讯）
