本周稀土市场行情，镨钕，镝铁和铽价格保持平稳，与上周持平。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格405-410元/KG，镝铁合金价格1160-1180元/KG，金属铽价格3850-3900元/KG。

This week, price of PrNd, DyFe and Tb still kept stable and unchanged from last week. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 405-410RMB/KG, DyFe alloy 1160-1180RMB/KG and Tb metal 3850-3900RMB/KG.

《国务院关于促进稀土行业持续健康发展的若干意见》发布以来，稀有金属部际协调机制成员单位联合地方开展了多轮打击稀土违法违规行为专项行动，行业秩序有所好转。为进一步深化部门协作配合，切实落实地方政府的监管职责，保持对稀土违法违规行为的高压态势，从今年开始由稀有金属部际协调机制成员单位联合组织对稀土产区的秩序整顿工作开展情况进行督查。

本次督查由工业和信息化部、自然资源部、发展改革委、应急部、海关总署、税务总部、市场监管总局等部门的司局级带队，行业协会、及主流新闻媒体参加，分成8个督查组，为期1个月，检查地方政府整顿工作部署落实、稀土企业政策落实、举报线索查处等情况。通过曝光和通报违法违规企业，警示行业内企业不去触碰违法违规行为的红线，为合法企业营造规范有序的市场秩序和良好的营商环境，提升稀土行业发展质量，促进上下游产业协同发展。（工信部原材料司）

稀土走势先抑后扬，价格触底外加利好频出，企业类似商储操作，低迷行情初显一缕曙光。10月31日关于企业收购氧化物的消息得证实，上游分离厂不再急于让价出货转变为暂时观望，同时看涨心态萌生，随着消息的进一步蔓延，分离厂家开始试探上调价格，氧化物采购亦随着活跃。

周初冶炼厂竞争依旧，低位小幅刷新，随着上游氧化物的提振信号，金属厂迅速抓住机遇试探小幅上调，大厂成位相对上浮1000-2000元/吨，随后亦步入稳定。本轮提振集中在轻稀土，重稀土金属类比于氧化物同样未受带动。11月分离厂虽相继停产限产，但当下而言库存与需求之间仍存在落差，预计下周氧化物将继续维持涨后价位保持平稳；金属价位下周初期有望保持稳定。(瑞道稀土)
