本周稀土市场金属价格均有小幅下跌。亚洲金属网价格:镨钕金属313-318元/KG，镝铁合金价格1220-1250元/KG，铽金属价格3550-3630元/KG。

This week price of rare earth decreases slightly. And the price at weekend from Asian Metal presents that: PrNd 313-318RMB/KG, DyFe 1220-1250RMB/KG and Tb metal 3550-3630RMB/KG.

2016年9月中国稀土出口量同比增环比减，出口均价同比降环比升。即2016年9月中国稀土出口同比量增价减、环比量降价升，量价增减降升互现奇观。具体而言，2016年9月，中国稀土出口量为3674吨，同比增长21.1%，环比减少11.9%。而出口均价同环比变化情况刚好相反，9月出口均价为7.9美元/千克，环比上升18.9%，而同比下降19.4%。数据分析表明，1-9月中国稀土累计出口35002吨，累计同比增长49.6%。

China rare earth export quantity of September 2016 was increased year on year but decreased quarter on quarter, while export average price was increased quarter on quarter but decreased year on year. That's also saying that its export quantity of September 2016 was increased year on year but price decreased quarter on quarter while its export average price was decreased year on year but quantity increased quarter on quarter, which is the first time for such a strange phenomenon. Specifically, China's rare earth exports of September 2016 were 3674 tons, with year-on-year growth of 21.1% and quarter on quarter decrease of 11.9%. While the change of the year-on-year & quarter on quarter export average price was just on the contrary. And its export average price of September was 7.9 USD/KG, with quarter on quarter growth of 18.9% and year-on-year decrease of 19.4%. Data analysis showed that the cumulative exports of China rare earth from January to September of 2016 reached 35002 tons, with the cumulative year-on-year growth of 49.6%.

近日，外媒也发布了一份关于上半年中国稀土出口消息, PRNewswire报道（产业前沿译）：

2016年上半年，中国占稀土供应的>;90％——出口23200吨REO，同比2015年上半年出口增长67％，主要由于美国和欧洲的非铈化合物消费和补进存货的结果。中国铈化合物的出货量同比增长了49％。铈应用于玻璃抛光机和汽车尾气净化催化剂制造，主要是从中国出口到日本。中国所有非铈化合物出口（巨大数量的镧化合物），于2016年H1增加了81％。

Recently, a report of the first half of China's rare earth export was issued by the foreign media (PRNewswire reported and Frontiers of Industry translated) that in the first half of 2016, among the rare earth supplies, China took over more than 90%, and its exports of REO were 23200tons, with year-on-year growth of 67%. That was mainly due to the result of American and European consumption of non-cerium compounds as well as replenish inventory. The exports of China cerium compounds were increased by 49% year on year and that the cerium were mainly exported to Japan which are used in glass polishing machine and automobile exhaust purification catalyst manufacturing. And in generally the whole exports ofChinanon-cerium compounds in the first half of 2016 were increased by 81%.

报道还称，继Molycorp2015年中停业以来，2016年H1爱沙尼亚Silmet只从俄罗斯进口化合物，而2015年从美国进口了5300吨。法国没有报告官方数据，但每年出口铈化合物大于6000吨，主要销往日本。Solvay如今从马来西亚Lynas进口原料的数量不断增加，用于加工并再出口。

Also according to the report that the compounds imports of Silmet Estonia were only from Russia in the first half of 2016 since Molycorp stopped production starting in the middle of 2015, while their imports of 2015 were 5300 tons from America. However, the yearly-exports of cerium compounds ofFrancewere more than 6000tons and its main market was inJapanthough no official data reported. Now the imports of raw material of Solvay were increased continuously from Lynas Malaysia and which were used in machining and then export.

稀土类金属和合金占稀土贸易的一小部分，并且主要从中国运到日本。2016年上半年，中国出口钕铁硼磁体大于12000吨，其中包含4500吨氧化钕。

Rare earth metals & alloys account for only a small part of rare earth trade and they were mainly transferred toJapanfromChina. And in the first half of 2016,China's NdFeB magnets exports were more than 12000 tons in which 4500tons neodymium oxide included.
