本周稀土市场价格相对稳定。亚洲金属网价格:镨钕金属317-322元/KG，镝铁合金价格1240-1270元/KG，铽金属价格3550-3650元/KG。

This week the market price of rare earth was relatively stable. Prices from Asian Metal of this weekend present: PrNd 317-322 RMB/KG, DyFe 1240-1270RMB/KG, Tb metal 3550-3650RMB/KG.

2016年8月，中国稀土的出口量为4170 吨，同比增长47.5%，环比增长5.7%；出口平均单价为6.6 美元/千克，同比下跌42.0%，环比下跌14.0%。2016年1～8月，中国稀土的出口总量为31329 吨，同比增长53.8%；平均出口价格为7.3 美元/千克，同比下跌39.0%。

In August, 2016, China's rare earth exports amount is 4170 tons, the year-on-year growth is 47.5% , comparative growth on moving base is 5.7%; The average unit price of export is 6.6USD/ KG, fell 42.0% year-on-year and fell 14.0% on comparative growth on moving base. From Jan. to Aug. in 2016, China's total rare earth exports is 31329 tons, the year-on-year growth is 53.8%. The average export price is 7.3 USD/ KG, down 39.0% year-on-year.

近日有消息称，9月下旬将开始新一轮的稀土储备招标，据了解，此次招标量远远高于预期。

The recently news reported that in late September it will start a new round of rare earth reserve bidding and the biding amount is much higher than expected.

业内人士分析认为，近期稀土价格与市场预期均触底。如果此次稀土国储成功招标，将提振市场信心，稀土价格有望回到上涨的轨道。

Professional insiders thought that the recent rare earth prices and market expectations have both reached the bottom. If the rare earth reserve bidding achieve success this time, it will boost confidence in the market and the rare earth prices expected to return to the rising path.

数据显示，稀土市场近期表现稳定，主流产品价格变化不大，部分产品询盘量有所增加，市场报价也有所上涨，但需要注意的是商家多数还是观望为主。镨钕方面，由于还在等北方稀土的调价信息，市场价格波动不大，氧化物镨钕维持在24.6万元/吨到24.8万元/吨，金属镨钕报价维持在31.6万元到31.8万元/吨。氧化镝询盘不多，主流价格在121万元至123万元/吨，低端价格量不大，虽然上游出货量不错，但下游接盘不多，镝价格基本保持稳定。氧化铽价格高低差距大，低价市场上有273万元/吨，相对比较少，主要用于生产金属铽多方面，下游采购也不多。

The market transaction price fluctuation is small for PrNd as we still waiting for pricing information of northern rare earth group. The price of PrNd oxide is keeping in around 246000 RMB/ton to 248000 RMB/ton, the price of metal PrNd quotation remains around 316000 RMB/ton to 318000 RMB/ton. The enquiries of Dy oxide is not much and the main price is around 1.21 million RMB/ton to 1.23 million RMB/ton, the transaction of low price volume is small, although the upstream shipments is good, the acceptance of offer in downstream is not much and the price of Dy is basically remains stable. The price deviation of Tb oxide is quite big, low price in the market is about 2.73 million RMB/ton, which is relatively less, it is mainly used for the production of metal Tb, while the downstream procurement is not too much.

对于此次稀土国储，有消息人士确认以上招标价格分歧，“根据测算，按照前期亚洲金属等6家平台或网站过去6个月的平均价作为定价的概率较大。那么，本次招标标价将比今年6月初流标价格还低。"但其同时强调，钇、铕、铒、镥产品撮成概率较大，铽、镝和镨钕还得再商讨。他认为，今年国储将可能遵循“先易后难"的思路进行收储。

Then the bidding price of this time will be lower than the price of last bids in early June. He also stressed that the successful probability for Yttrium,Europium, Erbium, Lutecium is bigger while Tb, Dy and PrNd is still negotiable. He said that this year the national rare earth purchasing and storage will follow the idea of priority to the easy.
