本周稀土市场价格总体平稳，镝铁铽价格均有上涨。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属459-462元/KG，镝铁合金价格1230-1250元/KG，铽金属价格5000-5050元/KG。

This week the price on rare earth market is overall stable, prices of DyFe and Tb both increased. Price from Asian Metal of this weekend presented：PrNd metal is 459-462 RMB/KG, DyFe 1,230-1,250 RMB/KG and Tb 5,000-5,050 RMB/KG.

海关统计，2017年6月中国稀土出口4290吨，同比增长11.5%，出口平均价格8.1美元/千克，同比上涨9.3%。

According to customs statistics, the export volume of rare earth is 4,290 tons on June, 2017, an increase of 11.5%, the export average price is 8.1 USD/KG, an increase of 9.3%.

2017年上半年，稀土价格稳步上涨，政策常态化、制度化力促供给收缩。磁材企业产能利用率处高位，镨钕元素稀土需求旺盛。2017年1-6月份主要稀土价格涨幅在9%到35%之间，氧化镨钕涨幅26%左右，稀土价格底部回弹。受制于稀土供给总量和总产能过剩引起的供需矛盾，从11年起稀土价格主要产品深度回调80%左右，处于底部。打黑高压、流通可追溯、国储高频常态化，政策执行效果提升，力促供给端收缩。利好稀土产业长期有序发展，稀土价格将逐步回暖。在目前时间节点下，政策执行力度是驱动稀土价格上涨的核心因素。

In the first half year of 2017, the price of rare earth steadily went up. The normalization and institutionalization of polices help to urge supply contraction. The capacity utilization of magnetic material enterprises is at a high level. PrNd is the main cause that leads to a great demand of rare earth. From January to June, 2017, the price of rare earth has increased around 9%-35% and PrNd oxide has increased 26%. The price of rare earth has rebound after the decline. Since 2011, the price of rare earth products had a huge call back about 80% which lies in bottom because it is subjected to the contradiction between supply and demand that caused by the total supply of rare earth and total excess capacity. High pressure from crackdown on illegal rare earth, traceability of circulation, the highly frequent normalization of national purchasing and stock, promotion of policy implementation effect and urging supply contraction. It is beneficial to long-term orderly development of Rare earth industry. The rare earth prices will gradually go up. At present, the implementation of polices is the key factor that can drive the price of rare earth to increase.

SMM7月12日讯：国内稀土市场大体平稳，仅氧化镨上调至410000-425000元/吨。镨钕品种出现暂稳迹象。后市价格变化需视下游刚需情况。

According to SMM reports on July 12th, China rare earth market price is overall stable. Only PrNd oxide has increased to 410,000-425,000 RMB/T. The current price of PrNd is stable. Later on, the price changes depend on the demands of downstream.

7月12日SMM主流报价如下，氧化镨主流厂家含税价410,000-425,000元/吨，氧化钕 320,000-330,000元/吨，金属钕42-44万元/吨，氧化镨钕主流厂家含税355,000-370,000元/吨，镨钕金属主流厂家含税价455,000-470,000元/吨。金属铽主流厂家含税价4850-4950元/千克。氧化镝主流厂家含税119-121万元/吨，镝铁厂家含税价121-124万元/吨, 氧化钬厂家含税价41.0-43.0万元/吨，钬铁报价43.0-45.0万元/吨。氧化钆厂家含税价8.25-8.45万元/吨。

On July 12th, SMM mainstream price presented as follows: praseodymium oxide tax-included price is 410,000-425,000, neodymium oxide is 320,000-330,000 RMB/T, neodymium metal is 420,000-440,000 RMB/T, PrNd oxide is 355,000-370,000 RMB/T, and PrNd metal is 455,000-470,000RMB/T. Tb metal tax-included price is 4,850-4,950RMB/KG. Dysprosium oxide is 1,190,000-1,210,000RMB/T, DyFe is 1,210,000-1,240,000 RMB/T, Ho oxide is 410,000-430,000 RMB/T, HoFe quotes 430,000-450,000 RMB/T. Gadolinium oxide tax-included price is 82,500-84,500RMB/T.
