本周稀土市场金属镨钕价格有小幅上涨，镝铁和铽价格相对稳定。亚洲金属网价格:镨钕金属335-340元/KG，镝铁合金价格1245-1265元/KG，铽金属价格3900-3950元/KG。

This week the market price of PrNd had a slight increase while Tb was relatively stable. Prices from Asian Metal of this weekend presented: PrNd 335-340RMB/KG, DyFe 1245-1265RMB/KG and Tb metal 3900-3950RMB/KG.

2016年11月，中国稀土的出口量为3987 吨，较去年同期增长23.0%，环比增长16.2%；出口平均单价为7.8 美元/千克，较去年同期下跌18.9%，环比增长25.6%。2016年1-11月，中国稀土的出口总量为42422 吨，同比增长41.4%；平均出口价格为7.3 美元/千克，同比下跌34.0%。

In November of 2016, China's rare earth export volume is 3987 tons, which increased 23% compared with the same period of last year, and increased 16.2% compared with last month, the average export price is $7.8 / kg, which declined 18.9% over the same period last year, but increased 25.6% compared with last month. From Jan. to Nov. 2016, China's total export of rare earth was 42,422 tons, an increase of 41.4% compared with the same period of last year; the average export price is $7.3 / kg, which declined 34% compared with the same period of last year.

As it was reported by SMM, the results of rare earth reserve tender meeting in 2016 are as follows: 

氧化镨32.31万元/吨，成5吨,

Praseodymium oxide: RMB323,100 / ton, the turnover is 5 tons, 

氧化钕25.59万元/吨，成45吨,

Neodymium oxide: RMB255,900 / ton, the turnover is 45 tons, 

氧化镨钕25.33万元/吨，流标,

Praseodymium Neodymium oxide: RMB253,300 / ton, failed, 

氧化铕42.20万元/吨，成60吨,

Europium oxide: RMB422, 000 / ton, the turnover is 60 tons,

氧化铽287.72万元/吨，流标,

Terbium oxide: RMB2877, 200 / ton, failed,

氧化镝125.03万元/吨，成280吨,

Dysprosium oxide: RMB1250, 300/ton, the turnover is 280 tons,

氧化铒17.11万元/吨，成330吨,

Erbium oxide: RMB 171,100/ton, the turnover is 330 tons,

氧化镥429.70万元/吨，成16吨,

Lutetium oxide: RMB 4297, 000/ton, the turnover is16 tons,

Yttrium oxide: RMB 24,500/ton, the turnover is 670 tons.

收储靴子落地，看好稀土长期走势。今年以来稀土价格低迷,收储获得高度重视。此次招标共计收储9个品种，氧化镨钕、氧化铽2个品种流标，其余7个品种共成1406吨，收储资金为5.3亿元。6月份流标后，收储再度开展并落地，展现国家对稀土行业的关注，看好稀土长期走势。

The reserve ended, the long-term trend of rare earth is optimistic. This year, the rare earth price was in the doldrums, the purchasing and storage were highly valued. The total storage is 9 varieties for this tender, The Praseodymium Neodymium oxide and Terbium oxide lost the bid, the total turnover of the other 7 varieties is 1,406 tons, and the funds for purchasing and storage is RMB 530 million. After losing bid of June, the reserve carried out again and fixed, it shows the national attention on the rare earth industry, and take optimistic ideas on the long-term trend of rare earth.

招标完成或引发稀土价格上涨行情。此次招标品种多，成量总体不大且以重稀土为主，未来收储或将由商业收储与国家收储配合完成。

The completion of tender may trigger the rare earth prices to increase. There are many varieties for this bid, while the overall volume is not large and heavy rare earth is the major one. The future storage will be completed by commercial storage and national reserve. 

中标价格多在现货市场价格区间内，流标的氧化镨钕、氧化铽近期价格涨势较好。考虑到收储交库、春节期间下游备货以及近力度的黑稀土打击活动，此次收储或将引发稀土价格上涨行情，特别是重稀土。

The bid prices are mostly in the spot market price range, the price of the failed bid on Praseodymium Neodymium oxide and Terbium oxide has better gains. Taking into account of the storage library, the Spring Festival stocking in downstream and the unprecedented illegal rare earth crackdown, the reserve may lead to rare earth price rising, especially the heavy rare earth.
