本周稀土市场行情，镨钕和金属钕价格维持不变，镝铁合金以及金属铽价格出现小幅下跌。亚洲金属网周末价格: 镨钕金属价格445-450元/KG；金属钕价格445-455元/KG；镝铁合金价格1760-1780元/KG；金属铽价格6600-6800元/KG。

This week in the rare earth market, prices of PrNd and Nd Metal remained unchanged, while the prices of DyFe alloy and Tb metal showed a slight decline. Prices from Asian Metal at weekend: PrNd metal 445-450 yuan/KG; Nd Metal 445-455 yuan/KG; DyFe alloy 1760-1780 yuan/KG; Tb metal 6600-6800 yuan/KG.

      本周（6月24日至28日）稀土总体表现较为稳定，6月28日国内轻稀土市场部分价格上涨，金属镨钕价格上涨2500元/吨至45万元/吨，镨钕氧化物价格上涨2500元/吨至36.5万元/吨，氧化钕价格为36.75万元/吨，金属钕价格为47万元/吨，金属镨价格为49.25万元/吨，氧化镨价格为37.25万元/吨，国内轻稀土价格走势上涨，场内走销一般，下游采购情况一般，预计后期价格震荡为主。

This week (June 24-28), the overall performance of rare earths was relatively stable. On June 28, some prices in the domestic light rare earth market increased, with the price of PrNd metal rising by 2500 yuan/ton to 450000 yuan/ton, the price of PrNd oxide rising by 2500 yuan/ton to 365000 yuan/ton, the price of Nd oxide being 367500 yuan/ton, price of Nd metal being 470000 yuan/ton, the price of Pr metal being 492500 yuan/ton, and the price of Pr oxide being 372500 yuan/ton. The domestic light rare earth price trend is rising, with average market sales and average downstream procurement situation. It is expected that the price will mainly fluctuate in the later period.

       国务院总理李强日前签署国务院令，公布《稀土管理条例》，自2024年10月1日起施行。《条例》共32条，主要规定了明确工作原则、加强稀土资源保护、健全稀土管理体制、促进稀土产业高质量发展、完善稀土全产业链监管体系、明确监督管理措施和法律责任等六个方面的内容。《条例》是中国为规范稀土资源开发利用进行的行政立法，并不是出口管制方面的规定，外媒担忧中国将限制稀土出口是没有道理的。作为全球稀土生产大国，中国稀土产业只有实现健康可持续发展，才能更好维护全球产业链的安全与稳定。（产业前沿）

Mr. Li Qiang, Premier of the State Council recently signed a State Council order, announcing the "Regulations on Rare Earth Management", which will come into effect on October 1^st, 2024. The Regulations consist of 32 articles, mainly stipulating six aspects: clarifying work principles, strengthening the protection of rare earth resources, improving the rare earth management system, promoting high-quality development of the rare earth industry, improving the supervision system of the entire rare earth industry chain, clarifying supervision and management measures and legal responsibilities. The Regulations are administrative legislation enacted by China to regulate the development and utilization of rare earth resources, and are not regulations on export controls. It is unreasonable for foreign media to worry that China will restrict rare earth exports. As a major global rare earth producer, China's rare earth industry can only better maintain the security and stability of the global industrial chain by achieving healthy and sustainable development.
