本周稀土市场行情镨钕和铽价格与上周相比有小幅下滑，镝铁价格与上周基本一致，价格继续保持平稳。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格418-428元/KG，镝铁合金价格1180-1210元/KG，金属铽价格4050-4100元/KG。

This week, the price of PrNd fell slightly compared with last week, DyFe and Tb remained steady in the rare earth market, with the basic price of last week. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd 418-428RMB/KG, DyFe 1180-1210RMB/KG, and Tb 4050-4100RMB/KG.

4月25日，从自然资源部获悉，自然资源部和工业和信息化部近日下达了2018年度稀土矿钨矿开采总量控制指标(一批)。

In April 25th, it was learned from the Ministry of natural resources that the Ministry of natural resources and the Ministry of industry and information technology have recently issued the target of controlling the total amount of tungsten mining in rare earth mines in 2018 (the first batch).

2018年度一批稀土矿(稀土氧化物REO，下同)、钨精矿(三氧化钨含量65%，下同)开采总量控制指标按照2017年度指标的70%下达。一批稀土矿开采总量控制指标73500吨，其中离子型(以中重稀土为主)稀土矿指标12530吨，岩矿型(轻)稀土矿指标60970吨；钨精矿开采总量控制指标63900吨，其中主采指标51350吨，综合利用指标12550吨。

In 2018, the total amount control index of the first batch of rare earth ore (rare earth oxide REO, the same below) and tungsten concentrates (tungsten trioxide content 65%, the same below) was issued according to 70% of the annual index of 2017. The first batch of rare earth mining total control index were 73500 tons, of which the ion type (mainly medium heavy rare earth) rare earth ore index were 12530 tons, the rock ore type (light) rare earth ore index 60970 tons; the tungsten concentrates total control index 63900 tons, including the main mining index 51350 tons, comprehensive utilization index 12550 tons.
